Have you ever found yourself wondering if there’s more to life than what you can see or feel? Whether you’re questioning the meaning of life, curious about spirituality, or simply exploring what you believe, the Alpha course is a safe and welcoming place to ask the big questions. It’s designed for people who wouldn’t call themselves Christians or religious but are open to having honest conversations about faith.
Each week, we gather to share a meal, watch a short film that introduces a thought-provoking topic—like Is there more to life than this? or Who is Jesus?—and then discuss it together. There’s no pressure, no judgment, and no question is off-limits. It’s a space where you can share your thoughts, hear different perspectives, and explore the possibility of faith at your own pace.
Alpha is free to attend, and you’re free to come as you are and check it out before you commit. Whether you’re skeptical, curious, or simply looking for a place to connect with others, Alpha is a chance to explore life, faith, and meaning in a friendly and open environment.
The next Alpha group will be running from May to July at a home in Notre-Dame-de-Grace near Villa Maria metro.
